Text Box: This billing platform allows Eutel NV the ability to offer you timely and flexible billing solution that is tailored to meet your demand for accurate billing. Some key notes of interest are as follows. Page 1 In the upper right hand corner you will find : Invoice number : Unique number assigned to the invoice by the system Customer Account number : This is your personal account number and can be used when seeking information to or making adjustments on, your account. Invoice date : This is the date the invoice was generated in the billing system. Page Number: This is the page number. This information is followed by : Previous balance: This is the outstanding balance as displayed on pervious invoice Payments received: This is the total payment received after the above invoice date and before new billing date. Adjustment to prior bill: This is the total of any adjustments made during the period after the above invoice date and before the new billing date. Late payment charges: Late charges are applied automatically to any invoice paid after due date. Total balance forward: Previous balance — Payments received + adjustments to bill + late payment charges Current charges: Charges for the current billing system which include package plan charges (subscription fees) + Call charges. Total Amount due: This is the total of Total balance forward + Current charges. The middle portion of the invoice provides a summary of the monthly charges for the account. To the bottom of this first page provides a remittance slip that can be used for subscribers that mail in their payments. This includes account number, invoice number, and Total amount due. Page 2 Similarly to page 1 in the upper right hand corner contains: invoice number, customer account number, invoice date, and page number. This is followed by a summary of current activity by telephone number. This detail includes. Package plan charges : This is subscription fees for following billing period. Call detail summary: Billing information for current billing period. The call detail further specifies : Outgoing national calls : call to any destination within the Netherlands Antilles International Calls: Calls to any destination outside the Netherlands Antilles. Total current charges: this is the total of calls made (both national and international) + package plan charges . Page 3 and forward contains option calls details. These pages contain calling date and time, number called, duration of call and charges per call detail. For your information the details also contain a call counter.
