Eutel NV introduces three new prepaid service.

 

1. Prepaid calling card

2. Prepaid line service

3. Custom calling cards

 

1. Prepaid calling cards : will be in three denominations.  These cards can be used on any local phone (public or private) anywhere on the island. Readily available through our resellers. This Eutel card will feature the best available rate an ease of use unmatched in our market to date.

2. Prepaid line services:

The prepaid wire line service will give subscribers the ability to have their regular home service prepaid. To do this the subscriber will apply for a new line and receive a number specially designated as for prepaid service (318-0XXX series).  The subscriber will only pay the installation fees as No Deposit will be required (See application form pg10). In addition the client will have an option to prepay subscription fees. The account will then be activated with an expiry date based on the prepaid subscriptions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Credit can be added to the account at any time by visiting the offices during regular office hours. This credit once applied may be used immediately. The prepaid account will be equipped with an optional 4 digit pin number, to be determined by client.   For the existing client that wants to keep their existing number Eutel will offer a customized card, which will work with a hotline/prepaid feature, converting there existing postpaid account into a prepaid account. The client would then prepay there subscription fees and recharge the account as described above or the subscriber may simply by the prepaid cards in product 1 and use these at home.

3. Custom Calling Cards:

This is a special service to clients that would like to have a reusable client assigned calling card (Nafl 15,00).  This cards come with Nafl 10,00 credit and will work similarly to the cards described in product 1 via a special number (0801-1515) however the client can pick any 10 digit number and pin they desire. This card once created can be used on any Eutel NV land line, public or private. The card will be constructed of a durable plastic material (similar to credit cards) and will have all the features and service of the prepaid calling card. The custom cards can be recharged at the main offices at any time with quantities ranging from:

 

                            Nafl 10,00/Nafl 25,00/Nafl 50,00/Nafl 100,00

 

This service is included to encourage ease of use and make a handy gifs item where subscribers can use any random numbers. (birth dates, anniversaries ect.)
